ABS or Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene is a common thermoplastic polymer typically used for many applications. ABS Extruded Parts
ABS can be used to make parts of any shape varying from simple linear shapes to hollow and multi-cavaty profiles. They primarily used where the applications require higher temperature resistance compared to PVC.
ABS profile Application
Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene can be extruded to create lightweight, highly impact-resistant ABS extrusion profiles. The extruded ABS profile’s superior homogenous glossy and matte surface is its greatest benefit. Additionally, some unique forms of rubber can be co-extruded with ABS profiles. Extruded profiles that have both a rigid and flexible part are also available. As a result, it is also commonly utilised in toys, construction, appliances, and furniture.
